   actually, it is true. I have naturally discolored teeth just like she does. I have never drank coffee, tea, pop or done anything to stain them, they are naturally that way. I learned that the plus white 5 minute gel is the same gel dentisits use (same ingredients) and that you can buy thermoforming tooth trays for a few dollars. I tried it myself and had amazing results, just like Anna did. And the whole thing cost me less than $10. Also, the 2 hour white strips from crest are great.

   Just becasue something is expensive, doesn’t mean you can’t get the same results with a different product. Its ignorant to think that. I think Anna’s teeth look great, and if she wanted to go to the dentist to have it done thats her choice. But there are lots of options out there for people who don’t want to dish out that much money. My best friend used the same system Anna used while I used the whitening gel and athletic trays, and I actually had better results than she did.

    is the pain gone, since you use les product? I did the same a year ago, but my dentiste did not tell me to use such a tiny amount of product… the pain was awful and it took me moths to get my theet back into a better condition.
