Does anyone have itchy scalp accompanied with hair loss?

I am a young man in his mid-20′s. About 1 year ago, I started to experience very itchy scalp after sweating (especially after exercise) or eating spicy food accompanied with frontal hair loss. So far no doctor knows exactly why and they all tell me that it’s just early male pattern hair loss. It could be true but considering there’s no history of hair loss on either side of my family, I am thinking there may be something else to it.

Having a holistic or structural perspective on the multitude of factors that contribute to health and disease is what I strive to advocate. We cannot simply change a few factors such as diet and exercise and expect to have enormous health benefits (although it will help significantly). One must also consider their socio-economic status within society, as well as the other factors discussed in this video. This type 2 diabetes campaign is also targeted towards the young adult population because it is believed that this is the age group that has the most potential for change. What else is known to lower chances of getting cancer apart from green tea?

I know that green tea is very good as it is very high in anti-oxidants, but I haven’t been able to find of any other simple things that could be incorporated into a daily routine to reduce the chance of getting cancer. All you health experts out there please let me know of any other simple things one can do to reduce the chances of getting this terrible disease. (I already know the basics like exercise, eat well, get enough sleep etc..). Thanks you!
