Is it required by law for a restaurant to provide nutrition information to customers?

I work for a very popular restaurant chain, however, I have never been able to find any nutrition information on their menu items. I am wondering, is this legal? Perhaps they have a hard copy in back that I am not aware of, but it is not available on the website nor is it visible to customers at all.
Yeah, I thought it was that if a customer asks there MUST be some sort of copy. Hmm… I will have to ask my boss where that is.

Is it true that microwaving food takes all of the nutrition away?

Is that true?
If it is true, does "nutrition" just mean all of the good stuff for you?
Does it take away calories or other bad stuff?
And does this happen for every kind of food?

What credentials would be necessary for someone who wanted to be a life coach in finess and nutrition?

I was thinking of perhaps starting my own business while I finish school for psychology. The business would be geared more towards healthy living/diet and exercise, which i’m extremely knowledgable in and I know the market is still huge for body image and nutrition.
