Nutrition?
I’m a vegetarian, but because I eat only particular greens, I feel I’m missing out on some nutrients and vitamins.
Noticing this, I’ve been trying to drop a couple of pounds. But I think that my body is refusing to let go of weight because I’m lacking certain nutrients and vitamins.
Is there any way for me to obtain a vitamin/nutrient that is healthy for me and weight-loss friendly?
