Nutrition?

I’m a vegetarian, but because I eat only particular greens, I feel I’m missing out on some nutrients and vitamins.

Noticing this, I’ve been trying to drop a couple of pounds. But I think that my body is refusing to let go of weight because I’m lacking certain nutrients and vitamins.

Is there any way for me to obtain a vitamin/nutrient that is healthy for me and weight-loss friendly?

You can eat many kinds of food, especially need to focus on in-take of protein, iron, calcium, zinc, and vitamin B12. Whole wheat breads, peas, fruits, vegetables, eggs etc are all good source of butrtion.

Greens are not enough. You shall eat more varieties of food for your health. Eat milk products, eggs, many types of beans , nuts, different vegetables , orange juice, etc. Proper eating can aslo help lose weight.
