I was told to start meditating so i did. But whenever i meditate i see and hear spirits, i know maybe this sounds crazy but my whole life i’ve seen and heard spirits so i don’t need anyone to tell me i’m crazy. i’m just wondering if this happens to anyone else and if so, how do you deal with it?
the voices usually don’t talk to me. Once a man mumbled and then said "break them apart" and i’m pretty sure I know what he meant but i didn’t act upon it because i wasn’t sure if i had made myself imagine him saying that or not. Other times people just say my name and more often then not i can strongly feel a spirit near me. sometimes I see them when i shut my eyes and occasionly i’ll be meditating and i’ll enter a dream-like state and i’ll see a spirit and start to have a convorsation with them but when this happens i get frightened and jump right out of it. hope these details help.
