I think I have Diabetes but im not too sure… These are my symptoms : Pass of urine at night , diziness , headaches , thrush , etc,,,,,,

some of those symtoms are common for a diabetic but if i was you i would go to the hospital and get some blood work done and see whats going on but you should do this as soon as possible and not wait cause uf you end up having diabetes and you dont know it then you can end up getting really sick.
There are many similar symptoms for different health problems. To be certain you should have a blood test done.
Diabetes canNOT be diagnosed from symptoms alone.
You MUST have blood tests from the doctor to properly diagnose diabetes.
go to the hospital silly!
