    5 stars and fav, just informed today that 1 in 50 soldiers have recently been diagnosed with ptsd and the ratio is expected to go up due to the recent war effort.

    more needs to be done to help our men and women who give all so we can have some.

    Dont know the British armed forces figures but its a terrible waste of life because its totally curable. Pisses me off that most people are given meds and told they just have to live with this condition B/S

    I want to understand. If a guy robs a bank and has guilt would it not be logical because that fear will make him weary of being caught or exposed? Even if its not in the present? He might not want to be on Oprah and that makes him depressed

    ok. heres my story in as simple as i can make it. social anxiety and generalised anxiety mixed with bipolar disorder and depression all of which i am getting over but keep getting kicked in the face in terms of the symptoms of all of them every now and then. should i adopt this new strategy or keep with what im doing? i cant do both because to be now and away from thought pretty much distinguishes every thing else. advice please.

    ive had ptsd and ocd since i was 13-14 and i was diagnosed with major depressive disorder when i went in patient back in janurary 2010 im 17 now and im not sure if i want meds…i dont wanna be like this anymore..but to me meds tell me i have to take it forever if i wanna stay better…idk..? i called this lucinda basset thing and it was soooooo expensive and so idk if thise things work either…i have a cbt though and she helps me alot! We’ll see if i get better
