What excercises will help me loose my belly flab and any recipes for slimming my belly down Im 14 yes i no to?

Im 14 yes i no to enjoy life now but i want to slim my belly flab i am a very active person always playing
lemme remind u im 14 is it right to do weight lifing

    You could get a medicine ball and do squats with that, crunches, walking helps… use an elliptical… yoga? or boxing classes? When I was swam in high school I was ripped, b/c you work out every muscle in your body… maybe try swimming a few times a week… just don’t get caught up in the "I have to be 85 pounds" anorexic bs… Eat tons of fruits and veggies- even though you will feel a little bloated at first, these will help you the most!! Eat wheat instead of white, and if you really need chips or something sweet, try the 100 calorie packs… they are amazing!! Also, yogurt is a good way to cure a craving…

    sit ups do about 50 a day start by doing 5-10 at a time a 10 second break then do them again after 4 weeks you should lose the flab

    you can only lose your belly flab if you eat right…you have to increase you metabolism by eating every 2-3 hours…and you should do both cardio and weight training…..eat lots of vegetables instead of eating rice, bread….there are lots of websites that you can look at….

    if you want to lose belly flab, those ad machine wouldn’t do any good. focus on your entire body. Do cardio and lot of it. Eat protein and vegetable. eat some fruit but don’t eat too much carbs. Whole wheat bread is better than white bread(eat the right carb). Then the belly flab would go away along with your entire body. Try this for a week: do cardio( set a certain calories you want to lose in a day, but remember burn more calories then you put in your body), exercise for at least three times a week, if you could exercise everyday that would even better. Eat alot of protein and vegetables. Fruits could be your dessert after meal. Drink alot of water(no soda or diet drinks). Measure your stomach after a week and see if it shrunk. I bet my money it will. Good luck!

    go weight lift i have been since i was 14 one year ago do lots of strength exrices because muscle burns fat
