I'm looking for healthy recipes to go along with my training?
I have recently purchased a subscription to the gym for a year and I’m going to go there to do cardio everyday and add weight training once every two days.
I’m also going to try the six-small-meals-a-day lifestyle, but I can’t seem to find recipes that go along with that lifestyle. I’m looking for small easy meals that don’t go over 300 calories each. Any ideas? Books? websites?
In response to one of the answers, I am very wary of diet that claim that you do not need to exercise. I want to exercise. I just want recipes that fit my new lifestyle better.
