For those of you on a sensible diet, what meals do you make for yourself?

I like to make spinach and chicken salads. I just dump a pan of frozen spinach into a skillet with olive oil (1 table spoon) and caramelized onions. Then I add skinless chicken. Makes two dinners at once. I eat one and save the next one for the next day. I sometimes add low fat cheese if I’m bored.
Most mornings I make a protein smoothie. Frozen strawberries, protein powder and crystal light.
