    There is a whole cookbook for South Beach that is fantastic. If you try ebay or half.com you can get it pretty cheaply. I highly recommend it.

    Try Tomato and Brocolli Soup. It’s tasty and have tons of benefit. One of the South Beach Diet menu.

    Ingredients

    Tomatoes 400 grams
    Sea Salt and pepper for taste
    Water 400ml
    Margarine
    Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
    Onion 1 medium size, chopped
    Olive oil
    White wine 100ml
    Broccoli 200 grams

    Instructions:

    1. Clean and chop the broccoli
    2. Sprinkle the tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper lightly – put it in roasting pan.
    3. Slightly cut open the tomatoes to form an X sign at the top of the tomatoes
    4. Preheat the oven lightly and roast the tomatoes for 30 minutes in 250 celcius heat
    5. After 30 minutes, remove the tomatoes and let it cool until you can handle it with your hand
