What else shoulod I consume with caffinated coffee to reduce the headaches and stomach pain?
What should I eat and drink with it? I hear that coffee is acidic, so maybe a base food or drink would help? But most of all, when I drink coffee, and feel wasted! Literally! I am so sensitive to caffeine, even a small amount will make me go cookoo and get the worst headache. Is there a certain food or drink that will cancel these negative affects? Proteins maybe? I don’t know. Please tell me! Thanks!

I have the same problem sometimes and I roast my own coffee beans. However, I notice if I consume some protein and whole grains before I drink my daily 4 cups of coffee, the headaches don’t come. As the other answerer said, water is also important, but I haven’t been able to prevent headaches with water alone. I hope you find some relief!
LOTS of water/milk
This may sound strange but water is best. Your supposed to drink 8 ounces of water for every 8 ounces of caffeine. Try and flush your body with at least 80 ounces of water each day. It really is not that much and you can mix some crystal light in it to give it more flavor. Coffee is a natural dieretic so it needs to be replaced with water so you dont become dehydrated. Best of luck :)
