How can I get out of my LA Weight Loss contract?
I am disabled with daily severe migraines among other things. I gained 60lbs from predizone treatments, which I no long take. I signed up for this weight loss program and told them I needed it to be contingent upon my health issues. 1 week into the program, my headaches got worse and now after 2 months I haven’t got out of bed. They know this, but they keep putting me on a "HOLD". I think I over shot this program based on my medical status. I paid over 00 and now I can’t see to get anyone to give me a staight answer on how to get out of the contract. Anyone?

How much exercise do I need to maintain weight loss?
I’m 15, 5’6 and I recently went from 165 to 137 pounds in a few months. I’ve been running on the treadmill for 45 minutes a day five days a week at 5.8-5.8 miles per hour and walking two nights a week at 4.4 miles per hour, If I move down to 30 minutes a day at 5.9 miles per hour five nights a week, would that not be enough to manage my weight loss?

When will I start noticing my weight loss?
I started weight watchers a week ago. I was very disciplined for the first week and I lost 4 pounds! However, I don’t even notice I lost it. I don’t really feel it. So when will I start noticing the weight loss?

For the last week, I’ve been eating about 1250 calories a day (I’ve also been cross referencing with weight watchers points – staying under my allotted 24 points). I’ve got a BMI of 29, looking to drop down to a 24 (Losing about 35 pounds). I’ve also been a Jillian Michaels 30 minute workout every other day.. when can I expect to see some weight loss, or is there something else I should be doing?
