Please answer this question about building muscle?

If you only did intense (emphasis on intense) body-weight workouts (pushups, squats, pullups, etc), jogging, and took muscle building supplements (not steroids, things like protein powder, ect), would I get stronger or not?

    That depends upon where you are now. There are limits to any exercise. Otherwise you could lift a can of beans all day and gain strength. The only way to get stronger is to keep increasing the resistance as you get stronger. If you keep doing the same thing, then you will reach a limit and stay there.

    Of course, thats how everyone else does it! You need to eat plenty so your body has the energy to build more muscle, too.
