Is Creatine good for building muscle agility?

Hi everyone, ok. I’ve stopped smoking about 1 1/2 ago, since then I’ve been working on my cardio. I decided that I would like to jog, ultimately become a decent runner and maybe do small marathons. I’ve been doing like 20 minute jogs and gradually building speed, I’m at 5.0 now. But I need to know what Vitamins I should take to build strong muscle and agility, to withstand the training I’m about to sustain. I have a trainer that I will be working with, actually starting today. Also, I’ve been attending cycling classes, and some days I could barely finish the classes. Does anyone have some insight? Also, I’ve heard that Creatine is very good for muscle build.

What's a better supplement for muscle building, Whey Protein or Creatine?

I’m currently taking Whey Protein along with weekly muscle building workouts. Should I start taking Creatine when I’m done with the Whey Protein container?

Does burning fat and building muscle happen simultaneously?

I need to lose weight, but I already have muscle. I’m using a resistance cable training thing called the CableFlex if anyone has heard of it. So while exercising does fat burn while muscle builds up? Or do you have to do seperate exercises because the muscle builds up but the fat stays?

I’ve been working out really hard this year and I’m skinny with a fast metabolism so I need to eat a lot of food. I generally eat 2-4 cheeseburgers with blue cheese per day, but that’s really my only unhealthy thing. Is there anything I can replace that with that would still build muscle?
