Should I take an aerobics class in college?
So, I’m starting this new healthy life and I want to do exercise and all of that kind of stuff but I’m afraid that if I go to a class like this everyone is going to be an expert when I’m barely starting. Any suggestions?

well obviously u wouldnt take something like ballet or any other sport u have no experience in but some things are basic enough that it would be fine. like aerobics or weight lifting or bowling or swimming etc.
i know some community colleges require a physical education class so there at least theres deffinitely begginers
where as university people may have more experience
if your unsure look at prerequesites for the class or contact the teacher or former student
If you want to waste you or your parents money.
Go for it!! I guarantee that everyone will not be experts, not even close! I took a fitness class my freshman year and it was great! It helps with the stress from your other courses :) good luck!
If its a beginning class you should take it. There will be plenty of other people that are taking it for the first time like you. I took a lot of exercise classes in college and never felt like I didnt know what I was doing. You should take the class and enjoy it. Good for you!
more than likely there will be people who are beginners, just like you. It cant hurt to try it out.
in my community the aerobics class is cheap. i have taken place in some and trust me no one is an expert. if you want to do aerobics do it.
yeah, go for it.
Im a freshman in the fall, and Im taking a kickboxing class. I have never kickboxed before, so Im sur there are others who aren’t experts too
