Are the Adidas Chen Tao shoes comfortable/supportive enough for aerobics?
Has anyone worn the Adidas chen Tao model of sneakers? How well do they fit? Can they be used in an active workout or just for yoga?

I’m looking for a fun, engaging step aerobics DVD. I’m looking for beginner/intermediate, but nothing so easy that I’ll be quickly bored and searching for a new one? Any suggestions?
Where can I take water aerobics classes in Dayton, OH?
I’d like to take pay-per-class water aerobics classes in Dayton or surrounding suburbs. I don’t want to join a gym because I own a treadmill and have access to free fitness facilities through my job. I’d prefer afternoon/evening classes.

why is it considered healthy to increase your heart rate while doing aerobics?
and why increasing one’s heart rate while ,for example, doing speed drugs is dangerous for one’s heart?

I have no idea what kind of exercises are done in an Aerobics class. Tomorrow I’m joining the class. I wear a wig. Will it fall down?
