I think you’ll really like the sparkpeople.com site, I have it too, it gives alot of info, but not on choreography. Be careful with the recipes too, as they’re too fatty.
You should be able to find many free sites for choreography. Type in "aerobic choreography" and see what you find. I have found many by doing this.
