Can you recommend a good step aerobics DVD?
I’m looking for a fun, engaging step aerobics DVD. I’m looking for beginner/intermediate, but nothing so easy that I’ll be quickly bored and searching for a new one? Any suggestions?

I don’t know many aerobics DVD’s that use a Step anymore, but there is one DVD that I have used that incoporates a step with weight training to burn 1000 calories with one workout. It’s called Get Ripped 1000 with Jari Love. It’s hard, but it’s the best workout I’ve done. LB
