Best way or things to use for Whitening Teeth?
Lately, I’ve noticed my teeth is getting yellow and yellow. I used to have white teeth and they were very pretty. I really miss them. I’ve bought the baking soda brand whitening tooth paste, but its not working and i’ve been using it for the past two months. What’s the best way to whitening teeth? What products that really works for whitening? Plz answer if you know. Thanks a lot!

What could be causing my hair loss?
It seems to fall out really easily. When i wash it, brush it, even just run my fingers through it. I am a vegetarian but I get my b vitamins and 40-45 grams of protein a day. Is that enough? I have had my thyroid checked,
oh, also there is itching envoloved when I get sweaty or it gets wet for to long. Any ideas for what i can do, or what is causing it?

Can iron deficiency lead to hair loss?
I have the following symptoms. Hair loss, fatigue, cold extremities (hands worse than feet), night sweats, irritability. I have had iron deficiency before but I have never lost my hair, my doctor thought it was because of my switching birth control but I switched back to my old one and the hair loss has not improved. I used to have really thick hair and there is no hair loss in my family, some of my uncles have lost their hair but that is just on my dads side and both of my parents have a full head of hair.
